Data Deletion Instructions

Required for Meta App Review — last updated September 3, 2026

fastttDM respects your right to delete your data. This page explains how users and Meta can request removal of data associated with our application.

For fastttDM users

Option 1: Self-service (recommended)

Log in to your fastttDM dashboard
On your fastttDM dashboard, click Disconnect Instagram — removes stored access tokens and automation data
Cancel any active subscription in Billing
Email privacy@fastttdm.com from your registered email with subject "Account deletion request"

We will delete your account, profile, automation rules, message logs, comment events, and Instagram connection data within 30 days. Payment records required for accounting may be retained longer in anonymized form.

Option 2: Email request

Send an email to privacy@fastttdm.com including:

Your fastttDM account email
Your connected Instagram username (if known)
Confirmation that you want permanent deletion

Data we delete

User profile and authentication record
Instagram OAuth tokens and account linkage
Automation rules and configurations
Contact records and message/comment logs
Usage counters and subscription metadata

Data we may retain

Anonymized analytics and aggregated usage statistics
Payment and invoice records as required by tax law (up to 7 years)
Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms

For Meta / Facebook data deletion callbacks

fastttDM implements Meta's Data Deletion Callback. When a user removes the app from their Instagram/Facebook settings, Meta sends a signed request to:

POST https://www.fastttdm.com/api/meta/data-deletion

We validate the request, locate the user by Instagram user ID, and initiate deletion. A confirmation code and status URL are returned per Meta's specification.
