These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fastttDM. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
fastttDM is a software-as-a-service platform that lets you configure automated replies to Instagram direct messages and comments through official Meta APIs. You must use a qualifying Instagram Business or Creator account.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have authority to bind your business, if applicable
- You must comply with Meta Platform Terms and Instagram's policies
3. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content of automated messages and replies you configure
- You must not use fastttDM for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or prohibited content
- You must obtain any required consents before sending marketing messages
- You must keep your account credentials secure
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Plan limits (auto-replies, features) are described on our pricing page and enforced automatically.
5. Free plan
The Starter (free) plan includes limited auto-replies and features. We may modify free tier limits with notice.
6. Intellectual property
fastttDM retains all rights to the platform. You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
7. Third-party services
The service depends on Meta/Instagram APIs. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTTTDM'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta policies. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; see our Data Deletion page for data handling.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
